a. Payment of 2025 Cash Dividend

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Head Office of IDICO CORPORATION - JSC, located on the 32nd floor of Pearl Plaza Building, 561A Dien Bien Phu Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, on weekdays starting from August 14, 2026. ID cards (for individuals) and the Business Registration Certificate (for organizations) have to be presented
b. Payment of 2025 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 100:10 (each shareholder will receive 10 new shares for every 100 shares under ownership).
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): the number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: Shareholder A owns 139 shares on the record date. With an exercise ratio of 100:10, shareholder A is entitled to receive (139/100*10 = 13.9), which is 13 new shares. According to the calculation principle above, shareholder A receives an additional 13 new shares. The decimal number of 0.90 shares will be cancelled.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive stock dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive stock dividend at the 32nd floor of Pearl Plaza Building, 561A Dien Bien Phu Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, on weekdays starting from August 14, 2026. ID cards (for individuals) and the Business Registration Certificate (for organizations) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
 IDICO CORPORATION - JSC and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
