STB: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for entitlements

Pursuant to the document no. 18A/2020/TB-HĐQT dated 7th April 2020 of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2019 Fiscal Year Annual General Meeting on record date 28th February 2020 (as notified by VSD’s Branch in the Notice no. 75/TB-CNVSD dated 5th February 2020).
Reason: Sacombank changes the plan of 2019 Fiscal Year Annual General Meeting to ensure that the organization is safe and in compliance with legal provisions and recommendations of competent agencies in the prevention and control of The Covid-19 epidemic which is complicated nationwide.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
