Pursuant to the notice no. 715/TĐDMVN-THPC dated 26/12/2025 of Vietnam National Textile And Garment Group (Securities code: VGT) for cancelling the list of shareholders for Exercising Rights of Securities Holders, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as following:
Cancelling the record date: 31/12/2025 for exercising the right to receive cash dividends for 2024, as stated in Notice No. 4593/TB-VSDC dated December 18, 2025, from VSDC.
Reason: As requested by Vietnam National Textile And Garment Group./.
