Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

a. Distributing treasury shares to existing shareholders
- Execution rate: 10,000:103 (1.03%) (Shareholders owning 10,000 share are entitled to receive 103 shares)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of treasury shares distributed to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional share (if any) will be cancelled.
Example: Shareholder A owns 1,000 shares. With an exercise ratio of 1.03%, the number of shares Shareholder A receives is 1,000 x 1.03% = 10.3 shares. According to the rounding principle above, Shareholder A receives 10 shares. The fractional part (0.3 shares) will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive distributed treasury shares at Masan Consumer Corporation – 23 Le Duan Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. ID cards have to be presented. 
b.  Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity
- Execution ratio: 10,000:2,147 (21.47%) (Shareholders owning 10,000 share are entitled to receive 2,147 shares)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of additional shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number. the fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.
Example: Shareholder A owns 1,000 shares. With an exercise ratio of 21.47%, the number of shares Shareholder A will receive is 1,000 x 21.47% = 214.7 shares. According to the rounding principle above, Shareholder A will receive 214 new shares. The fractional part (0.7 shares) will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bonus shares for increasing equity capital from owners' equity at Masan Consumer Corporation – 23 Le Duan Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. ID cards have to be presented. 
c.  2nd Advance Payment of 2025 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 25%/share (2,500 VND per share)
- Payment time: 30/01/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting Department - Masan Consumer Goods Joint Stock Company (8th Floor, MPLaza Saigon Building, 39 Le Duan Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) starting from January 30, 2026. ID cards have to be presented.
d. Postal ballot 
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Execution time: in Jan 2026 or Feb 2026, the specific time would to be annouced later. 
- Meeting venue: At the Company's Head Office: 23 Le Duan Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Meeting agenda: Issues within the authority of the General Meeting as stipulated by law and the the Company's charter
