- Content: Approval of the number of members of the Board of Directors for 2026-2031 term and the mechanism and method by which the incumbent Board of Directors nominates additional members in case shareholders do not nominate enough candidates.
b. 1st Advance Payment of 2025 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 5%/share (500 VND per share)

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at at Thanh Cong Textile - Investment - Trade Joint Stock Company, 36 Tay Thanh Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. c. Nominating candidates for the Board of Directors for  2026 – 2031 term
- Implementation: As stipulated in the Company's Charter and will be specifically announced in the Notice of Nomination of Candidates for the Board of Directors for 2026-2031 term sent to shareholders (“Nomination Notice”).
- Execution time: from 12/01/2026 to 27/02/2026 tentatively; the official date will be specifically announced in the Nomination Notice.
- Execution venue: the Company headquarters at 36 Tay Thanh Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
