Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 10% (shareholders owning 100 share will receive 10 new shares)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 123 shares on the record date will receive 12.3 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 12 shares, the 0.3 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at the Finance Department of Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investerment Trading Joint Stock Company, 36 Tay Thanh, Tay Thanh ward, Tan Phu district, Hochiminh city on working days (Monday ~ Friday). Original ID cards/e-ID card on VNEID app, valid power of attorney (in case of authorization)  have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
