a. Payment of stock dividend
- Execution rate: 100 : 20 ( shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 20 new shares).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: on the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 2,026 SBG shares. Then, the shareholder will receive (2,026/100)*20 = 405.2 SBG shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A receives 405 SBG shares; the fractional part of 0.2 shares will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bonus shares at the representative office of Siba High-Tech Mechanical Group Joint Stock Company - 7th Floor, Vista Tower, 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. ID cards have to be presented.
b. 1st Postal ballot in 2026
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Execution time:  July 2026 tentatively. The specific time will be announced to shareholders in the written ballot.
- Execution venue: the Representative office of Siba High-Tech Mechanical Group Joint Stock Company - 7th Floor, Vista Tower, 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

+ Amendments and additions to the plan onissuing shares under 2026 ESOP 2026 (The plan approved by the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Siba High-Tech Mechanical Group JSC in Resolution No. 02/2026/NQ-AGM-SBG dated April 24, 2026);
+ 2026 Plan on private placement of shares 
+ Other issues under the authority of the General Meeting (if any).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Siba High-Tech Mechanical Group Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
