SBG: Notification on the transfer date of shares subject to listing change
According to the Document No.08/TB-SGDHCM dated 03/01/2025 of Hochiminh Stock Exchange regarding the trading of SBG shares subject to listing change, details are as follows:
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to notify all Depository members to follow and make transfer of the above shares from the trade pending accounts to trading accounts for clients (if any) on 14/01/2025 (shares issuance for payment of dividends; shares issuance for increasing share capital from equity; offering additional shares to the public, record date 03/10/2024).
The restrictedly transferable shares can only be traded after being registered for adjustment of restrictedly transferable securities type with VSDC by the issuer and notice of official trading day by the Stock Exchange.
