From 18/12/2025, bond code SIN12404, ISIN VN0SIN124048 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for SIN12404 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited  SIN12404 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited  SIN12404 bonds from investors' accounts on 18/12/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
