The interest rate of the bond is the floating interest rate applicable to the entire term of the bond and is determined as follows: Bond interest rate = Reference interest rate + 0.9%/year Reference interest rate: used to Determine the interest rate for each interest period as the average interest rate on personal savings deposits in Vietnam Dong, paid in installments, with a term of 12 months (or the interest rate of an equivalent term) published on the information page. Official emails of 04 Vietnamese commercial banks including: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Vietnam (each of these banks is referred to as a “Reference Bank”) at the date of interest rate determination. For clarity, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to two decimal places. Interest rate determination date: is the working day immediately before the issuance date for the first interest period and the 7th working day before the starting date of interest calculation for subsequent interest periods.

When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
