Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 1,000 bonds
- Execution rate: redemption of 100% of outstanding bonds
- Redemption price of each bond: 1,058,000,000 VND.
+ Interest payment is calculated according to the formula: 1,000,000,000 (VND) x 5.8% x 365/365 (days), rounded to 3 decimal places.
+ Principal of 1 (one) bond: 1,000,000,000 VND.
- The total amount actually received by bondholders will be rounded up to the whole number (If the first decimal place is greater than or equal to 5, it will be rounded up, if the first is less than 5, the fractional part will be removed).
- Payment date: 30/12/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will complete procedures to receive money from bond redemtion at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been depositedcomplete procedures to receive money from bond redemtion at Floors 4, 5, 6 Thanh Cong Building, P-D17 Land Lot, Cau Giay Urban Area, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City starting from December 30, 2025.
+ For individual owners: ID card  and Bond ownership certificate (original) have to be presented.
+ For institutional owners: letter of introduction, legal documents, valid Power of Attorney, ID card of the introduced person, Bond ownership certificate (original) have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 10/12/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
