Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the issuance of the 1st revised bond registration certificate no.465/2024/GCNTPRL-VSDC-1 dated 26/11/2025 due to change of bond terms, conditions as follows:

- Interest rate:
+ 1st year interest rate: 10%/year
+ 2nd year interest rate: 9.75%/year
+ + Interest rate from the 3rd year: The interest rate is equal to the reference interest rate of that interest calculation period plus 3%/year and the “Reference Interest Rate” used to calculate the interest rate for each interest calculation period is the average interest rate of personal saving deposits in Vietnam Dong (paid in arrears) with a term of 12 months (or equivalent) publicly listed on the website announced by Vietcombank, BIDV, Vietinbank, Agribank (each of these banks is called the “Reference Bank”).
(Former interest rate:
+ First year interest rate: 10%/year
+ Interest rate from the second year: equals the reference interest rate of that interest calculation period plus 3%/year and the “reference interest rate” used to calculate the interest rate for each interest calculation period is the average interest rate of personal saving deposits in Vietnam Dong (paid in arrears) with a term of 12 months (or equivalent) publicly announced on the website of Vietcombank, BIDV, Vietinbank and Agribank (each of these banks is called the “Reference Bank”).
