Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce issuance of the 1st revised Securities Registration Certificate 39/2023/GCNTPRL-VSDC-1 dated 08/12/2025 due to the change in the conditions and terms of the bonds as follows:

- Interest: 
+ For the first two interest calculation periods: The interest rate is 9%/year; and
+ For the third interest calculation period, the interest rate is equal to the reference interest rate of the third interest calculation period plus 4.1%/year ; and
+ For each subsequent interest calculation period, the interest rate is equal to the reference interest rate of that interest calculation period plus 5.25%/year 
Including,
“Interest calculation period” means each period lasting 6 consecutive months from the date of issuance to the maturity date.
“Reference interest rate” means the average of the savings deposit interest rates applicable to individual customers, term of 12 months (or equivalent) in VND announced by BIDV, Vietcombank, Vietinbank and Techcombank on the relevant interest rate determination date.

Interest rate: Combination of fixed interest rate and floating interest rate, specifically as follows:
+ For the first 2 interest calculation periods: Fixed interest rate of 9%/year; and
+ For the remaining interest calculation periods: Floating interest rate is the sum of 4.1%/year and the reference interest rate.

“Interest calculation period” means each period lasting 6 consecutive months from the issuance date to the maturity date.
“Reference interest rate” means the average of savings deposit interest rates applied to individual customers, term of 12 months (or equivalent) in VND announced by the BIDV, Vietcombank, Vietinbank and Techcombank on the relevant interest rate determination date).
