Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the issuance of the 2nd revised bond registration certificate no.105/2024/GCNTPRL-VSDC-2 dated 03/11/2025 due to change of bond terms, conditions as follows:

Term: 96 months 
(Former term: 72 months)
Maturity date: 03/02/2029
(Former maturity date: 03/02/2027)
- Interest payment term:
+ Within 20 working days from the date of approving adjustment to the  interest payment schedule: Collect a minimum interest of VND 500 million (including the corresponding interest accrued on at least 5 redeemed bonds) and penalty interest/penalty fee/late interest penalty (if any);
+ After that, the next interest collection period is implemented after 81 months from the date of bond investment. All remaining interest arising in the first 81 months from the date of bond investment is allowed to be paid periodically every 3 months within 5 quarters or interest can be collected before maturity according to the agreement between the bond investor and the issuer.
+ Subsequent interest payment periods: Interest is paid every 3 months based on the actual outstanding balance.
(Former interest payment term:
+ Within 20 working days from the date the bond owner approves the adjustment to the new interest payment schedule: collect interest of at least 500 million VND and penalty and late interest (if any).
+ After that, the first interest payment period is 51 months from the date of bond issuance. All interest arising in the first 51 months from the date of bond issuance is allowed to be paid periodically every 3 months within 5 quarters or collected before maturity according to the agreement between the bond investor and the issuer
+ Subsequent interest payment periods: Interest is paid every 3 months based on the actual outstanding balance.)
- Principal payment method:
+ Within 20 working days from the date the bondholder approves the adjustment to the new principal payment schedue: redeem at least 5 bonds corresponding to the minimum principal amount of 500 million VND;
+ Next principal payment period: Maximum after 81 months from the date of bond investment. The next principal payment periods are periodically every 3 months. The last principal repayment period is no later than the maturity date.
+ Before the periodic repayment period, the bondholder and the issuer shall make a debt payment schedule for each period. The payment amount for each period is determined based on the financial capacity and actual sales cash flow of the business plan.
(Former principal payment method:
+ First principal repayment: After a maximum of 54 months from the issue date. Principal payment periods: every 3 months. The final principal repayment is no later than the bond maturity date.
+ The amount of debt repayment for each period is determined based on financial capacity and agreement under document between the issuer and the bond investor.)
