Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

a. Payment of Bond Interest
- Payment rate: 00,000 VND x 7% x 183(days)/365(days) = 3,510VND/bond
+ The actual receipt amount of bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first dp is equal to or greater than 5, it will be rounded up; if the first dp is less than 5 then it will be removed)
- Payment date: 17/12/2025
b.  Payment of bond principal due to redemption before maturity
- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 9,000,000 bonds
- Execution rate:100%
- Principal payment due to premature redemption: VND 100,000/bond
- Payment date: 17/12/2025
- There is no deadline to register to resell bonds to the issuer. According to the bond conditions, the bondholder is obliged to resell all bonds to the issuer. All bonds redeemed before maturity will be canceled.
c. Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will complete the procedures to receive interest and principal of bonds at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive interest and principal of bonds through the account that the owner has registered with the issuer on 17/12/2025.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
