Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce bond deregistration from 29/12/2025 for the bond registering institution as follows:

Interest rate:

Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 1.2%/year. In case the Issuer does not exercise the redemption right on the corresponding repurchase right exercise date of each bond, the bond interest rate applied to the interest period from the 6th year to the bond's maturity is as follows: Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 3%/year. "Reference interest rate" used to determine the interest rate for each interest period is the interest rate on regular personal saving deposits in Vietnam Dong, paid in arrears,12-month term announced on the official website of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank on the interest rate determination date. In case there are preferential interest rates for one or several specific customers or for one or several specific deposit levels, the reference interest rate is the highest interest rate announced. The issuer will announce the results of interest rate determination for bondholders at least 1 working day before the first day of each interest period on the website. Bondholders agree and undertake that the issuer's determination of the bond interest rate will be applicable to all bonds unless there is an obvious arithmetic error. If prevailing laws specify the maximum interest rate and the negotiated interest rate in this Prospectus higher than the maximum interest rate, then the maximum interest rate in accordance with provisions of law will be applied from the date that regulation takes effect. The interest rate determination date for the first interest period is the date of starting receipt of bond subscription applications (27/05/2024). The interest rate determination date for subsequent interest periods is the 7th working day before the first day of each interest period. According to the above principle, the interest rate for the first interest period from 17/06/2024 inclusive to 17/06/2025 exclusive for bond BAB201-07L is 6.8 %/year.

From 29/12/2025, bond code BAB124014, ISIN VNBAB1240142 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for BAB124014 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited BAB124014 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited BAB124014 bonds from investors' accounts on 29/12/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
