Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce bond registration cancellation of the securities registering institution as follows:

From 30/9/2025, bond code SEE12201, ISIN VN0SEE122013 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for SEE12201 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited SEE12201 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited SEE12201 bonds from investors' accounts on 01/10/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about the bond registering institution, bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is canceled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
