Pursuant to 2nd payment of bond interest and principal of Sunshine E&C Construction Joint Stock Company (SEE) (securities code: SEE12201) (record date: 05/02/2024, payment date; 19/02/2024), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC)  would like to announce as follows:
On 19/02/2024, VSDC received notice No. 10/2024/TB-SEC dated 15/02/2024 about postponing the 2nd payment of bond interest and principal SEE12201 bond. According to SEE's above announcement, due to prolonged negative market fluctuations, SEE has not yet promptly arranged the source for 2nd payment of bond interest and the principal. Therefore, SEE announces the postponement of 2nd payment of bond interest and pricipal, will not pay on 19/02/2024 as announced, and will announce a new payment date as soon as possible.
VSDC will notify members of the payment time for bond interest and principal  after receiving notice from SEE.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above bonds at DMs
