Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce bond registration cancellation of the securities registering institution as follows:

From 30/9/2025, bond code VCG12101, ISIN VN0VCG121010 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for EIP12101 bonds.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about the bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Canceling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bond and the bondholders after the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of the bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
