ABR: Payment of cash dividend from undistributed after tax undistributed accumulated to 31/12/2024
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:
- Payment rate: 20%/share (2000 VND per share)
- Payment time: 29/10/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Headquarters of Viet Brand Investment JSC (4th Floor, Crescent Residence 3 Building, No. 109 Ton Dat Tien, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on working days from 29/10/2025. ID cards/ Passport and Certificate of Business Registration have to be presented or bank accounts have to be provided.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
