Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:18 (Shareholders are entitled to 8 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares additional issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 66 shares is entitled to receive 66*18/100= 11.880 shares. According to the Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares, Shareholder Nguyen Van A will receive 7 shares and the  fractional shares of 0.6 will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited:The owner completes the procedures to receive dividends in shares at the Investor Relations Department – Black Cat Thermal Engineering Joint Stock Company – Road No. 6, Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. ID cardshave to be presented.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
