+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting Department - Black Cat Insulation Technical Joint Stock Company - Road No. 6, Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on working days of the week (except Saturday and Sunday afternoons) starting from 22/07/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
