+ Execution rate: 100:10 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share they own and to buy 10 new shares for every 100 rights);
- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any):
+ Principle of Rounding: Shares issuance for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number;
+ Principle of handling fractional shares, unsubscribed shares:  For fractional shares arising during the exercise of rights according to the Principle of rounding and shares not fully distributed due to existing shareholders’ refusing partial/all subscription, the Board of Directors will distribute them to other parties under the offering conditions and conditions regarding the rights and obligations of investors that are no more favorable than those offered to existing shareholders (including an offering price not lower than the selling price to existing shareholders), with a one-year transfer restriction from the date the offering ends;
+ The handling of remaining shares has to comply with the provisions of Article 42 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, and ensure other conditions as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 195 of the Enterprise Law and other relevant provisions of prevailing laws. In the case that the share distribution period expires as prescribed by  prevailing laws (including any extension period (if any)), if there are still undistributed shares, the Board of Directors shall decide to terminate the offering.
- Example: On the record date for shareholders to exercise their right, shareholder A owns 155 SHB shares. Therefore, shareholder A will be entitled to purchase the corresponding number of new shares: 155 x 10 : 100 = 15.5 shares. According to the rounding method, the number of shares shareholder A is entitled to purchase after rounding down to the whole number is 15 shares.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 13/04/2026 to 24/04/2026.
+ Rights are transferred once only. The transferee is not allowed to transfer rights to a third party.
- Regulations on subscribed shares:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 13/04/2026 to 04/05/2026.
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable. Any fractional shares arising during the exercise of rights according to the Principle of rounding and shares not fully distributed due to existing shareholders’ refusing partial/all subscription, which the Board of Directors distributes to other parties, will be subject to a one-year transfer restriction from the date the offering ends.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment to blockade account for subscription at the headquarters or branch of Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) according to SHB's specific instructions.
