- Execution rate: 100:64,58 (shareholders are entitled to receive 64.58 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 100 shares. At that time, shareholder A will receive the number of newly issued shares to pay dividends, which is 64.58 shares, rounded down to 64 shares. The fractional shares of 0.58 shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at the Headquarters of Airports Corporation Of Viet Nam - No.58 Truong son road, Tan Son Hoa ward, Hochiminh City on working days. The original Certificate of Share Ownership and the original ID card (still valid) for individual shareholders/ a copy of the Certificate of Business Registration/Legal document  for institutional shareholders have to be presented.
