Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:7  (Shareholders are entitled to 7 new shares for every 100 shares that they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: the number of share allocated to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed, not issued.
- For example 1: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 179  shares are entitled to receive (179:100) x 70 = 125.3 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 125 shares, the 0.3 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at Vinaxad National Trade Fair and Advertising Joint stock Company. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
