Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

a. Payment of 2025 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (VND 1,000 per share)
- Payment time: 26/06/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at the Finance and Accounting Department of Visicons Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company – 5th Floor, Building 29T2, Hoang Dao Thuy Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi City (on weekdays from Monday to Friday) starting from June 26, 2026. ID cards and a valid power of attorney (in case of authorization) have to be presented.
b. Payment of 2025 stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 15%/share (Shareholder owning 100 shares is entitled to receive 15 new shares)
- Principle of Rounding, handling of fractional shares (if any): Shares issued to pay dividend will be rounded down to whole number. Fractional shares (iff any) will be cancelled.
Example: Shareholder A owns 1256 shares. With a ratio of 100:15, the number of shares Shareholder A will receive is: 1256 * 15/100 = 188.40 shares. According to the rounding principle above, Shareholder A will receive 188 new shares. The fractional share (0.40 share) will be cancelled.
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Head Office of Visicons Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company (Address: 5th Floor, 29T2 Building, Hoang Dao Thuy Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi City) on weekdays. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Visicons Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
