Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the 7th adjustment of the number of registered shares for Visicons Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company as follows:
Has additionally registered securities at VSDC from 25/07/2025
From 25/07/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.
Visicons Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the stock registration dossier are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law (supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15).
