- Payment rate: 100:10 (Shareholder owning 100 shares is entitled to receive 10 new shares)
- Principle of Rounding, handling of fractional shares (if any): Shares issued to pay dividend will be rounded down to whole number. Fractional shares (iff any) will be cancelled.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A owns 102 shares and is entitled to receive 102 x 10% = 10.2 shares. According to the fractional share handling method, shareholder A will receive 10 shares, and the fractional 0.2 shares will be canceled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the headquarters of Petro Vietnam Transportation Corporation (2nd Floor, Phu My Building, 43 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Petro Vietnam Transportation Corporation, institutions and individuals participating in the process of preparing documents for corporate action processing shall be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the documents; Institutions and individuals participating in the process of verifying documents shall be responsible before the law within the scope related to those documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated November 26, 2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated November 29, 2024./.
