- Payment rate: 100:32 (Shareholders are entitled to 32 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: Shareholder A owns 640 shares on the record date. With the exercise ratio of 100:32, the right to receive new shares is 640 x 32% = 204.8 shares. According to the above principle, the number of 0.8 frantional shares arising will be removed. Thus, shareholder A will receive 204 new shares.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Petro Vietnam Transportation Corporation, address: 2nd Floor, PVFCCo Building, No. 43 Mac Dinh Chi, Dakao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. ID cards/ passport and passbook/share ownership certificates have to be presented.
