Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 5%/share (500 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 13/08/2025.
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the head office of ROX Key Holdings Joint Stock Company, level 25, Tower A, 54A Nguyen Chi Thanh, Lang Thuong ward, Dong Da, Hanoi on working days from 13/08/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Share issuance for 2024 Dividend payment

- Payment rate: 100:10 (Shareholders are entitled to 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of additionally issued shares will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, Shareholder A who owns 188 shares is entitled to receive 188 x 10/100 = 18.8 shares. According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 18 shares. The 0.8 fractional shares will be removed
 - Payment place:

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at head office of ROX Key Holdings Joint Stock Company, level 25, Tower A, 54A Nguyen Chi Thanh, Lang Thuong ward, Dong Da, Hanoi on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
