- Meeting agenda: 
+ Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), independent members of the BOD in the Audit Committee on 2025 activities and 2026 operation plans; and other reports as prescribed by prevailing laws;
+ 2025 audited financial statements;
+ Other related issues within the authority of the General meeting

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
