a. Approval of issues:
1. Report by the CEO on 2025 production & business, investment & development results;
2. Activity reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), the Supervisory Board (SB)
3. 2025 audited financial statements;
4. Proposal for 2026 production & business, investment & development plan;
b. Decision on issues:
1. 2025 Remuneration payment for the BOD, SB and 2026 plan
2. 2025 profit distribution, dividend rate and 2026 plan;
c. Approval of the list of independent audit companies for auditing 2026 financial statements.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
