2. From 27/6/2025, the covered warrant code CVRE2501, ISIN VN0CVRE25015 will become invalid.

3. Cancellation of covered warrant registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of the owners. VPBank Securities Joint Stock Company is responsible for managing information on covered warrants and owners after the covered warrants are deregistered at VSDC and continuing to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of owners (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
