Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce bond registration cancellation of the securities registering institution as follows:

From 10/10/2025, bond code DDG12101, ISIN VN0DDG121011 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for DDG12101 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited DDG12101 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited DDG12101 bonds from investors' accounts on 10/10/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
