Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for PCG shares from HNX to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 18,870,000   shares;
From 01/07/2025, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of PCG shares from HNX to UPCOM on VSDC's system. 
Reason: PetroVietNam Gas City Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was mandatorily delisted in accordance with Decision no.676/QĐ-SGDHN dated 29/05/2025 by Hanoi Stock Exchange but still met conditions of a public company subject to trading registration on UPCOM as stipulated in Article 133, Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government
