+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the headquarter of Hudland Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company - Address: Hudland Tower Building, Lot A-CC7 Linh Dam General Service Area, Hoang Liet Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi City on working days of the week.
Documents have to be presented when receiving dividend:
+     For institutional shareholders: Certificate of share ownership, Letter of introduction of the organization and ID card//passport or valid legal identification of the person receiving the dividend;
+     For individual shareholders: Certificate of share ownership; ID card/passport or valid legal identification of the shareholder and Valid Power of Attorney (if the individual shareholder authorizes another person to receive dividend).
