+ Principle of rounding: The number of shares purchased will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares arising from rounding down will be added to the remaining undistributed shares for processing.
Example: shareholder A who owns 111 shares on the record date to close the list of shareholders to exercise rights is entitled to buy (111 x 74)/100 = 82,14 shares. According to the rouding principle, shareholder A is entitled to buy 82 shares
+ Plan for handling fractional shares and shares not fully purchased:
The remaining shares that have not been fully distributed after the offering to existing shareholders include: (i) The remaining shares that shareholders and/or transferees of rights do not purchase/do not purchase all the shares to be purchased, have subscribe but do not pay for the shares on time and/or due to other reasons; (ii) The number of decimal shares (if any) arising from rounding down when calculating the purchased shares by existing shareholders.

Under the authorization of the General Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company will decide the plan to offer the above undistributed shares to other investors (which may include existing shareholders and employees of the Company) with conditions, methods and offering prices not more favourable than those for existing shareholders, ensuring compliance with the provisions of Article 42 of Decree 155/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Government on handling shares of investors who do not register to buy, do not pay for the purchase, and fractional shares. These shares will be restricted from transfer for one year from the date of offering closure.
In case of expiry of distributing shares as prescribed by prevailing laws (including the extended period, if any) and the Company has not distributed all the shares expected to be issued, the Board of Directors will report the offering results according to the  number of actually distributed shares.

+ Purchase rights can be transferred one time (The transferee cannot transfer it to a third party).

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 12/05/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
