Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 1.2%/year. In case the Issuer does not exercise the redemption right on the corresponding repurchase right exercise date of each bond, the bond interest rate applied to the interest period from the 6th year to the bond's maturity is as follows: Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 3.2%/year. "Reference interest rate" used to determine the interest rate for each interest period is the interest rate on regular personal savings deposits in Vietnam Dong, postpaid,12-month term announced on the official website of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank on the interest rate determination date. In case there are preferential interest rates for one or several specific customers or for one or several specific deposit levels, the reference interest rate is the highest interest rate announced. The issuer will announce the results of interest rate determination for bondholders at least 01 working day before the first day of each interest period on the website. The bondholders agree and undertake that the issuer's determination of the bond interest rate will be applicable to all bonds unless there is an obvious arithmetic error. If prevailing laws specify the maximum interest rate and the negotiated interest rate in this Prospectus higher than the maximum interest rate, then the maximum interest rate in accordance with provisions of law will be applied from the date that regulation takes effect. The interest rate determination date for the first interest period is the date of starting receipt of bond subscription applications. The interest rate determination date for subsequent interest periods is the 7th working day before the first day of each interest period. According to the above principle, the interest rate for the first interest period from 16/10/2023 inclusive to 16/10/2024 exclusive for bond BAB202203-07L is 7.5 %/year.

Depository Members are requested to record the withdrawal of BAB123030 bonds deposited on the investor's account on 25/04/ 2025 and notify relevant investors.
Cancellation of bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of the bondholders. Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank is responsible for managing information on bonds and bondholders after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC and continuing to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
