Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Depository (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 7,911,000 bonds
- Execution rate: 100%
- Redemption price of each bond: 103,540 VND.
+ Bond principal: 100,000 VND/bond
+ Bond interest = face value x interest rate x the actual of interest calculation days of that interest payment period/365 = 100,000 VND x 7.1% x 182/365 days = 3,540 VND
+ The total receipt amount of bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number will be rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5, the decimal part will be removed)
There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer. According to bond conditions, bondholders are obligated to sell bonds back all bonds to the issuer. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.

+ Bondholders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest and principal at the depository members (DMs) where they opened the depository accounts.
+ Bondholders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond interest and principal via accounts registered with Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank on 16/4/2025.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 01/4/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
