Seeking opinions on draft guidelines of business operations
In order to prepare for launching the Information Technology System of the package "Designing, procuring and installing with technology transfer - A complete solution for IT system of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange", Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) has drafted amendments and supplements to the "Guideline on creation/redemption transaction, registration, depository, clearing, settlement and entitlements processing for exchange-traded funds".
VSDC respectfully requests related parties to review and contribute your comments to the above draft. The draft content is posted on VSDC's website
(www.vsd.vn - VSDC News).
Comments should be sent to Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, No. 112 Hoang Quoc Viet, Nghia Tan Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi and email: dvq@vsd.vn no later than 16/04/2025. After this deadline, if VSDC does not receive any comments, it is understood that related parties agreed with the draft guideline.
