From 14/4/2025, the VBX stock code, ISIN code VN000000VBX0 issued by VSDC will no longer be valid for circulation and VSDC will not provide registration, depository, and clearing services for the above VBX shares.
- Ha Noi Concrete Construction Joint Stock Company shall reissue a passbook or Certificate of Securities Ownership to the owner of the deposited securities according to the List of Securities Owners sent by VSDC to Ha Noi Concrete Construction Joint Stock Company after the effective date of registration cancellation.
Cancellation of securities registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of the secrities owner. Ha Noi Concrete Construction Joint Stock Company is responsible for managing information on securities and securities owners after the securities are deregistered at VSDC and continuing to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of securities owners (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
