Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the securities registration cancellation from 19/03/2025 as follows:

1. From 19/03/2025, the Service Contract between VSDC and Thanh Nien Media Group Corporation will terminate, stock code MTN, ISIN VN000000MTN2 issued by VSDC will become invalid.
- On 18/03/2025, VSDC will finalize the list of MTN shareholders to cancel registration.
2.  Depository Members (DMs) are requested to implement the following tasks:
2.1. From 18/03/2025, VSDC will stop providing depository, withdrawal and transfer of ownership of MTN securities. DMs is requested to inform investors of
2.2. From 19/03/2025, the securities code MTN, ISIN VN000000MTN2 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not accept registration, depository, clearing and settlement of  MTN shares.
3. Thanh Nien Media Group Corporation is requested to implement the following tasks:
Re-issue the securities ownership certificate/ passbook to deposited securities holders according to the List of securities holders sent by VSDC to Thanh Nien Media Group Corporation after the effective date of securities deregistration.
4. Securities deregistration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of shareholders. Thanh Nien Media Group Corporation is responsible for managing information about securities and securities holders after the securities are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of securities holders (if any) in accordance with the prevailing laws.
