Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the securities registration cancellation of the issuer from 19/03/2025 as follows:

From 19/3/2025, security code VND122014, ISIN VNVND1220141 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for VND122014 bonds. VSDC will automatically withdraw all deposited VND122014 bonds on the valid date of cancellation. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited VND122014 bonds from investors' accounts on 19/3/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
Cancellation of securities registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. VNDirect Securities Corporation is responsible for managing information about bonds and bondholders after the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with the provisions of law.
