WCL12102: Changing the payment date for bond redemption

Following the document no. 4599/VSDC-ĐKTP.NV dated 11/04/2024 issued by Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), VSDC would like to announce the adjustment of the redemption date for WCL12102 bonds (the record date: 06/3/2024) as requested in the document No. 2203a/2025/CV-CLW dated 22/03/2025 from Cho Long Wind Power Joint Stock Company, as follows:
- Adjustment time: 25/3/2025.
Reason: Cho Long Wind Power Joint Stock Company has secured the necessary funds to redeem 50% of the WCL12102 bonds, as stated in Notification No. 05/2024/TB-CLW dated 22/02/2024.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above bonds at DMs.
- Adjustment time: 25/3/2025.
Reason: Cho Long Wind Power Joint Stock Company has secured the necessary funds to redeem 50% of the WCL12102 bonds, as stated in Notification No. 05/2024/TB-CLW dated 22/02/2024.
