- Principle of handling the unsubscribed shares: The Board of Directors (BOD) shall offer the remaining undistributed shares due to investors not subscribing or not making payment, to other investors (shareholders and others) at a price not lower than 11,000 VND/share. The specific price will be decided by the BOD. The remaining undistributed shares, when further distributed, will be restricted from transfer within 1 year from the date of closing the offering. The handling of the remaining shares has to comply with the provisions of Article 42 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 and meet other conditions as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 195 of the Law on Enterprises and other relevant provisions of prevailing laws. In case the deadline for distributing shares expires according to applicable laws (including the extension period (if any)), if there are still undistributed shares, these shares will be cancelled and the BOD will decide to end the offering.
For example: Shareholder A owns 100 shares on the record date, shareholder A is entitled to 100*1/1=100 rights. Accordingly, shareholder A is entitled to buy  is 100 shares.
