Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Planned meeting time: 22/04/2025 (any change of meeting time will be announced on the Company's website and in the meeting invitation)
- Meeting venue: to be announced in the meeting invitation
- Meeting agenda:
+ Approving report on 2024 business results and 2025 plan;
+ Approving 2024 reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), the Management Board, Supervisory Board, independent BOD member
+ Approving 2024 audited financial statements and selecting an audit company for 2025 financial statements;
+ Approving 2024 profit distribution and dividend payment scheme; 2025 profit distribution and dividend payment plan;
+ Approving 2024 remuneration for BOD, SB members and 2025 plan;
+ Approving proposal for dismissal, election of additional BOD, SB members for 2021-2026 term;
+ Approving proposal for updating and amending the Company's Charter;
+ Approving proposal for authorizing the BOD to perform a number of specific tasks;
+ Other issues
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 21/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
