Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Planned meeting time: 04/2026 (any change of meeting time will be announced on the Company's website and in the meeting invitation)
- Meeting venue: to be announced in the meeting invitation
- Meeting agenda:
+ Approving report on 2025 business results and 2026 plan;
+ Approving 2025 reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), the Management Board, Supervisory Board, independent BOD member
+ Approving 2025 audited financial statements and selecting an audit company for 2026 financial statements;
+ Approving 2025 profit distribution and dividend payment scheme; 2026 profit distribution and dividend payment plan;
+ Approving 2025 remuneration for BOD, SB members and 2026 plan;
+ Approving proposal for dismissal, election of additional BOD, SB members for 2021-2026 term;
+ Approving proposal for updating and amending the Company's Charter;
+ Approving proposal for authorizing the BOD to perform a number of specific tasks;
+ Other issues
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company  and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
