According to the document no.12/2025/CV-AMV dated 25/02/2025 of American Vietnamese Biotech Inc regarding change of dividend payment time, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of 2019 cash dividend payment in Notice no.1717/TB-CNVSD dated 28/12/2020, document no.4869/CNVSD-ĐK dated 23/09/2021, Document no.3198/CNVSD-ĐK dated 25/05/2022, document no. 789/CNVSD-ĐK dated 24/02/2023 and  document no. 1196/CNVSDC-ĐK.NV dated 26/02/2024 by VSDC's Branch as follows:
- Announced payment time:
+ First payment: 28/02/2025
+ Second payment: 28/08/2025
- Changed payment time: 
+ First payment: 28/01/2026
+ Second payment: 28/07/2026
Reason: Because the security registering institution is currently expanding production and business and investing in modern equipments and machines to serve the implementation of important projects, the Issuer has used the available financial sources for ordering necessary equipments. However, in order to maintain financial stability and ensure resources for production activities, the securities-registering institution would like to extend the time for dividend payment while waiting for payment from customers.

Other contents in Notice 1717/TB-CNVSD dated 28/12/2020, document no.4869/CNVSD-ĐK dated 23/09/2021, document no.3198/CNVSD-ĐK dated 25/05/2022, document no. 789/CNVSD-ĐK dated 24/02/2023 and document no. 1196/CNVSDC-ĐK.NV dated 26/02/2024 by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
