According to the document no.06/2023/CV-AMV dated 24th February 2023 of American Vietnamese Biotech Inc regarding change of dividend payment time, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of 2019 cash dividend payment in Notice no.1717/TB-CNVSD dated 28th December 2020 and document no.4869//CNVSD-ĐK dated 23rd September 2021 and Document no.3198/CNVSD-ĐK dated 25th May 2022 by VSD's Branch as follows:
- Announced payment time:
+ First payment: 28th February 2023
+ Second payment: 31st May 2023
- Changed payment time: 
+ First payment: 28th February 2024
+ Second payment: 28th August 2024
Reason: Because the Issuer is currently expanding production and business and needs further investment in equipments and machines, the Issuer has used the available money to place orders in advance to ensure the progress of the project. The Issuer would like to extend  dividend payment while waiting for money collected from customers.
Other contents in Notice no.1717/TB-CNVSD dated 28th December 2020 and document no.4869//CNVSD-ĐK dated 23rd September 2021,  Document no.3198/CNVSD-ĐK dated 25th May 2022 by VSD's Branch remain unchanged.
