Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Right Issue

- Planned quantity of issued shares: 326,811,643 shares
- Issue price: VND 10,000/share
- Execution rate: 1,000:451 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 451 new shares for every 1,000 rights). Treasury shares are not allocated and rights cannot be exercised.
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares:
+ The number of fractional shares arising will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal part (if any) will be rounded down to 0 shares. For example: on the record date, shareholder A owns 100 shares. According to the exercise ratio of 1,000: 451, shareholder A is allowed to buy 100 x (451/1,000) = 45.1 shares. According to the regulations on handling odd shares, the number of shares that shareholder A can buy will be rounded down to 45 shares.
+ The number of fractional shares arising due to rounding, the number of shares remaining due to shareholders not registering to buy all or not paying sufficient money within the prescribed time, the General Meeting authorizes the Board of Directors to distribute to existing shareholders or other entities wishing to buy.
+ The General Meeting authorizes the Board of Directors to make plan to distribute this number of shares to the above subjects with the principle that the selling price is not lower than the offering price to existing shareholders.
+ In case the distribution of this number of shares is not fully implemented, the remaining number of shares that are not fully offered will be canceled and the Board of Directors will decide to end the offering.
+ The handling of undistributed shares has to comply with the provisions of Article 42 of Resolution 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 on detailed regulations for the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law and the provisions of Clause 2, Article 195 of the Enterprise Law and other relevant provisions of prevailing law.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time for transfer of right issue: from 118/02/2025 to 04/03/2025.
+ Purchase rights can be transferred once.
- Regulations on purchased securities:
+ Time for subscription and payment: From 18/02/2025 to 5.00pm 10/03/2025.
+ Purchased securities are freely transferable, including shares arising from shares that are restricted from transfer at the time of exercising the right.
+The fractional shares and undistributed shares redistributed by the Board of Directors to existing shareholders or other entities wishing to purchase will be restricted from transfer for 01 (one) year from the end date of the offering.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository members where they opened depository accounts.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at Masan Consumer Corporation, no. 23 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

- Content: Issues within the authority of the General Meeting via postal ballot according to the provisions of law and the Charter of Masan Consumer Corporation ("Company").
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email address). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 14/02/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC tobe accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
